Sales Development Representative – Enterprise/Mid-Market

Location: Remote, USA

Wealthbox, a maker of CRM software for financial advisors, is seeking a Sales Development Representative to cold call and email prospects in the Mid-Market and Enterprise market segments of wealth management firms. As a Wealthbox SDR, you will build and generate a pipeline for senior Wealthbox Account Executives (AEs). You will make calls, send personalized emails, and use other marketing and sales enablement tools to qualify leads and schedule demos with financial advisors at wealth management firms across the country.



  • High volume outbound prospecting (75+ calls per day, supported by a power-dialer) to present Wealthbox, qualify prospects, and schedule demos.
  • Collaborate with senior Wealthbox AEs to develop and implement prospecting strategies.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads (via email campaigns, referrals, etc.).
  • Understand and communicate with multiple buyer personas at a given firm and share this information with AEs.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to our selling process, our product, and support system.
  • Generate pipeline by exceeding weekly/monthly/quarterly quotas for scheduled demos.


Desired Skills & Experience

  • Interest in a career in software sales in the FinTech space.
  • Skills in using CRM technology to track and manage new prospect relationships.
  • Strong communication skills, especially using telephone and email.
  • Positive and energetic, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of the latest cloud service offerings, toolsets, operating systems, and browsers.
  • Helpful personality who’s adept at presenting the features and value of Wealthbox to financial advisors on the other end of the line.
  • Experience in financial services, wealth management, or SaaS sales is a plus.


Work Schedule

  • Weekdays, during business hours.
  • No travel required (fully remote, US-based).
