Data Migration Analyst

Location: Remote, USA | EST hours preferred

At Wealthbox, we serve thousands of financial advisors with our modern CRM software, which provides an easy way to manage client relationships, organize and execute workflow processes, and collaborate with a team in a powerful and beautiful software solution.

 

We are seeking a Data Migration Analyst to communicate with customers to review their CRM data and processes, analyze data sets for migration, and meet with customers to onboard new users to Wealthbox.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with new customers to gather requirements for a successful CRM transfer
  • Prepare data for import using Microsoft Excel and other database tools
  • Upload and monitor the progress of customer imports
  • Organize and hold onboarding meetings with new customers

Desired skills and experience

  • Desire to work directly with customers
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and schedule
  • Expertise with spreadsheet tools like Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to communicate clearly and positively
  • Unrelenting attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of databases (e.g. Microsoft Access or SQL)

Work Schedule

  • Weekdays, during business hours
  • No travel required (fully remote)
