Wealthbox, a maker of CRM software for financial advisors, is looking for a Director of Customer Onboarding to lead our onboarding and data migration team in the small-to-medium sized advisory business segment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills. You will lead a team responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient transition for our customers, guiding them through the onboarding process, and overseeing the migration of their data onto our platform.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive onboarding and data migration strategy aligned with the company’s goals and customer success objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate onboarding processes seamlessly within the broader customer journey.
- Lead a high-performing team of onboarding specialists and data migration experts.
- Provide mentorship and guidance for team members.
- Design and optimize customer onboarding processes to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Work closely with customers to understand their unique needs and tailor onboarding plans accordingly.
- Oversee the migration of customer data onto our platform, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Develop and implement best practices for data migration processes.
- Monitor and analyze onboarding and data migration metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement feedback loops and iterate on processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, support, product, and engineering teams to ensure a unified and customer-centric approach.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address any challenges and facilitate communication.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing customer onboarding and data migration at a SaaS company. CRM software experience is a plus.
- Deep understanding of SaaS products, cloud technologies, and data management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Weekdays, during business hours.
