Revenue Operations Manager

Location: Remote (EST Preferred)

Wealthbox is a CRM technology for financial advisors that launched in 2014. Integrated with leading custodians and wealth-tech partners, Wealthbox is known for its modern product design and powerful yet intuitive user experience.

 

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing team, reporting to our VP of Marketing. This role is responsible for owning our Marketing and Sales data and reporting in our internal CRM system, as well as our email marketing strategy. You’ll be part of a team that’s focused on driving new revenue and increasing brand presence for Wealthbox in the financial advisor community.

 

A typical day might include campaign attribution reporting, updating some landing page form logic, or building a new email nurture program. The Revenue Operations Manager will work directly with the Wealthbox Marketing and Sales teams, and will be instrumental in the success of Wealthbox marketing and revenue initiatives.

 

Responsibilities in this position include:

  • Manage our Sales and Marketing data in Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Oversee the lead management process, ensuring Marketing leads are passed to Sales at the correct time(s) in the lead lifecycle
  • Own all Wealthbox email marketing – including nurture programs, event invitations, customer newsletters, etc.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce Reports and Dashboards to help us understand how Wealthbox is performing against our Sales and Marketing goals, as well as how we’re projected to perform in the future
  • Identify gaps in our Marketing and Sales processes and tech stack, and partner with other Wealthbox teams (Finance, Engineering, etc.) to help us resolve those gaps

 

Desired skills & experience

  • At least 2 years of revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations experience using Salesforce as a CRM
  • Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Pardot) and Salesforce CRM
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, including understanding of email and data privacy laws (CAN-SPAM, CCPA, CASL, etc.)
  • Basic HTML knowledge
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills

Work schedule

  • Weekdays, during business hours
