Senior Product Designer

Location: Remote, USA | EST Preferred

At Wealthbox, we serve thousands of financial advisors with our modern CRM software, which provides an easy way to manage client relationships, organize and execute workflow processes, and collaborate with a team in a powerful and beautiful software solution.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Design team and play a key role in shaping the future of Wealthbox. Reporting to the Head of Design, you’ll partner closely with leadership across Product, Design, and Engineering to define, design, and deliver thoughtful, high-impact user experiences that drive our product vision forward.

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll own complex projects from discovery through implementation — balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to create elegant, intuitive solutions. You’ll help evolve our design systems, mentor peers, and advocate for design excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and engineering leads to shape upcoming projects
• Lead end-to-end design efforts for major product initiatives — from research and strategy to polished execution
• Collaborate with the product, design and engineering teams to deliver a best-in-class software product
• Partner with agency stakeholders to ensure that the visual language aligns with our design standards
• Contribute to our internal design system and component library as well as help keep our internal documentation up to date
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends to keep Wealthbox’s design language current and innovative

Desired skills and experience

• 5+ years of professional design experience
• Expertise in at least one UI design application (Sketch, Figma, etc.)
• Four-year degree in design, art, engineering or a related field is a plus
• React/TypeScript development skills are a plus
• Interest in designing UI around AI, automations and other cutting-edge features
• Focus on design systems, creating clear, maintainable and consistent design patterns
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent written communication skills and a strong ability to contribute to the team
• Excited to work in a high-energy, collaborative, high-growth environment

Work Schedule

• Weekdays, during business hours
• No travel required
