The Role

We’re seeking an Onboarding Specialist to help our customers get the most out of Wealthbox. You will be responsible for guiding new Wealthbox customers through a seamless and effective onboarding experience. You will serve as a trusted guide during the critical first weeks of a customer’s journey, ensuring they are set up for long-term success. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and a genuine passion for helping people get the most out of software. You will work closely with Customer Success, Support, Data Migration, and Product teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding for new Wealthbox customers, including kickoff calls, platform walkthroughs, and ongoing check-ins throughout the onboarding period.
  • Translate complex advisory processes into streamlined Wealthbox configurations, helping customers work smarter from day one.
  • Facilitate professional live training sessions for diverse audience sizes, tailoring our onboarding framework to align with specific client objectives, organizational structures, and technical proficiency.
  • Develop and maintain onboarding resources, including guides, checklists, video walkthroughs, and FAQ documentation.
  • Track onboarding progress and customer engagement; identify and proactively address at-risk onboarding accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to surface onboarding hurdles and customer insights, driving the evolution of our training resources, workflows, and the end-to-end customer journey.

 

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing onboarding, implementation, or training role, ideally within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain software concepts clearly to users of all technical backgrounds.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously while staying organized and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable facilitating live video sessions (one-on-one and small groups) with confidence and professionalism.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with strong time management skills suited to a fully remote environment.
  • Experience with CRM software or financial services technology is a strong plus.
  • AI-forward mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance customer communication, content development, and workflow efficiency.
  • A genuine passion for customer success and helping people get the most out of the tools they use.

 

Work Schedule

  • Weekdays, during business hours. (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST)
  • No travel required. (fully remote)
