Overview is a virtual receptionist and intake service for solo and small firms. The company’s U.S.-based, professional receptionists answer calls and website chats, screen and intake clients, schedule appointments, and accept payments. The integration with Wealthbox automatically documents calls handled by’s virtual receptionist services inside a Wealthbox account.

After after each call is handled by a receptionist, a new contact is created with the name, phone, and email address; a new “note” is created in a contact’s record containing the full text of the post-call summary (for both new and existing contacts); and the record creation event and new note appear as activities within the contact’s activity timeline.
