Enterprise Sales Development Representative

Wealthbox is seeking an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (Enterprise SDR) to consult by telephone and email with prospective enterprise customers.

 

As a Wealthbox Enterprise SDR, you will play a key role in building pipeline and generating sales-qualified leads for Wealthbox Enterprise Account Executives. You’ll drive account-based prospecting efforts targeting larger RIAs, broker-dealers, and wealth management firms across the country. This is a strategic, outbound-focused role that combines high activity with thoughtful account management and collaboration across the sales organization.

 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (60+ calls per day) to present Wealthbox and qualify enterprise prospects.
  • Develop and execute strategic account-based outreach plans in partnership with Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Qualify and convert leads into sales opportunities using a consultative and data-driven approach.
  • Manage and nurture key enterprise accounts at the top of the funnel to ensure consistent pipeline growth.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to Wealthbox’s sales processes, product positioning, and customer support systems.
  • Exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals for pipeline generation and meetings scheduled.
  • Attend conferences and trade shows to represent Wealthbox, drive awareness, and build relationships with financial advisors and firm decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activity, lead qualification, and opportunity creation in the CRM system.

 

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years in a quota-attaining SDR or BDR role, preferably within the WealthTech, FinTech, or SaaS space.
  • Proven success with outbound or account-based prospecting.
  • Familiarity with CRM technology (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Wealthbox preferred).
  • Experience working with or selling to wealth management firms (RIAs, broker-dealers, or financial advisors) strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly through phone, email, and video.
  • Excited to work in a high-energy, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, motivated, and curious personality with excellent listening and writing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud service offerings, modern tech stacks, and productivity tools.
  • A responsible, ethical professional who enjoys showcasing Wealthbox and helping customers succeed.
  • Experience selling SaaS products is a plus.

 

Work Schedule

  • Weekdays, during business hours (fully remote)
  • Occasional travel to industry conferences
