Concurrent Selects Wealthbox Enterprise CRM for 200 Users

Wealthbox is thrilled to announce a new enterprise CRM agreement with Concurrent, an independent wealth management platform headquartered in Tampa, Florida. Under this agreement, 200 advisors and staff across Concurrent’s national network of partner firms will use Wealthbox Enterprise to manage client relationships.

Concurrent operates as a platform for independent financial advisors across the country, providing compliance, operations, investment due diligence, and technology so that partner firms can run their practices as independent business owners while still benefiting from shared, enterprise-grade infrastructure.

As Concurrent’s advisor network has grown to $23B+ in assets under management, the firm looked for a CRM that could scale across dozens of independently branded practices while giving leadership consistent visibility and reporting. Concurrent selected Wealthbox for its modern interface, flexible workflows, integration-friendly architecture, and AI capabilities designed to reduce the manual work that follows client meetings.

In particular, Wealthbox AI Assistant Playbooks give advisors a faster way to keep client records current as new information comes in. Following a meeting captured by AI Notetaker, advisors can use a Playbook to propose updates across existing client records rather than manually editing individual fields one by one. Wealthbox presents a plan of proposed changes that the advisor can review, edit, approve, or reject before anything is updated. Playbooks can also create new records, including Custom Object records, helping firms capture new information in Wealthbox as part of the same AI-powered workflow.

“Every firm in our network runs its practice a little differently, so we needed a CRM flexible enough to fit each of them without losing the consistency we need at the platform level,” said Jeremy Massullo, Managing Director of Operations at Concurrent. “Wealthbox gives our advisors a system that feels tailored to their practice, with built-in AI that takes manual work off their plates so they can spend more time focused on their clients, while still giving us the enterprise-wide visibility we rely on.”

“Concurrent has built a model where independent advisors get enterprise-level support without losing their autonomy, and that’s a philosophy we share,” said Jomin Bishop, VP of Enterprise Sales at Wealthbox. “We’re proud to give their partner firms a CRM that scales with their network.”
