The Role

Wealthbox is seeking a Mid-Market Solutions Engineer. You’ll be the technical partner across a higher-volume segment, helping advisors see exactly how Wealthbox fits their practice through custom demos and hands-on technical guidance.

 

The right starting point is coachability, strong active-listening skills, and the foundations of value selling and consultative selling already in your tool belt. This is also a rare chance to join an early-stage SE function and a small team you can genuinely help shape — one where you’ll have a real voice as it grows and you partner closely with teams across a rapidly growing company.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Account Executives to support a high volume of mid-market deals with tailored demos and technical guidance.
  • Run technical discovery to understand each advisor’s workflow and map it to Wealthbox’s capabilities.
  • Field integration and workflow questions and support trials and proofs of concept.
  • Deliver custom demos that lead with value and the impact on a firm’s day-to-day.
  • Build a library of repeatable answers and demo approaches that scale across the segment.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Onboarding, and Marketing to share what you’re hearing from advisors and hand deals off smoothly to onboarding.

 

What You Bring

  • 2–3+ years in solutions / sales engineering, technical pre-sales, or a comparable customer-facing technical role, preferably in SaaS.
  • Strong coachability and active-listening skills, with the foundations of value selling and consultative selling in place.
  • Clear, confident communication and a growing ability to handle technical objections.
  • Comfort working at pace across many deals, with a learning mindset.
  • Skilled with Claude — you use it fluently to move quickly across a high volume of deals, from demo prep to follow-ups.
  • Exposure to CRMs, WealthTech, or FinTech is a plus.

Work Schedule

  • Weekdays, during business hours (fully remote)
