The Role
We’re seeking a Program Enablement Specialist to support our ongoing programs for the revenue teams and keep growing. You’ll coordinate onboarding and ongoing development programs, maintain the resources teams rely on, and make sure training turns into practice and follow-through.
You’ll partner closely with the Director of Sales Enablement and work across Sales, Account Management, Sales Development Representatives, and other customer-facing teams. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating order, improving how programs run, and helping people do their best work.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate enablement sessions, including schedules, presenters, materials, communications, assignments, and follow-up.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of role-specific onboarding, including checklists, practice activities, certifications, and feedback.
- Keep program materials and content repository resources current by working with subject matter experts to review and update content.
- Support the use of enablement tools such as WorkRamp, Yoodli, and Gong; track participation, completion, and adoption.
- Help deliver new development programs by coordinating materials, practice activities, team communications, and follow-up.
- Gather feedback and report on program results to identify what’s working and what needs improvement.
What You Bring
- 3-4 years coordinating onboarding, enablement, learning, or training programs, ideally supporting a sales, account management, or customer success org
- Experience contributing to a program from rollout through follow-up and results tracking
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to keep multiple programs moving at once
- Clear writing and communication skills and an eye for making information easy to find and use
- Comfort partnering directly with sales, CS, and/or sales dev leadership to gather input, align on priorities, and follow through on deadlines
- Experience using data and feedback to help improve programs
- An interest in how revenue teams learn, practice, and develop their skills
- Experience with a CRM, learning management system, knowledge platform, or conversation intelligence tool is a plus. Direct experience with WorkRamp, Yoodli, or Gong is a strong plus.
Work Schedule
- Weekdays, during business hours.
Benefits
- Competitive salary
- Comprehensive health plan
- 401k plan
- Paid time off
