Wealthbox and Levitate now have a two-way integration that streamlines how advisors communicate with their clients.
How it works
After an advisory firm has turned on the integration between Levitate and Wealthbox, Levitate will pull in contacts, client information and tags from Wealthbox.
The data syncing process between Levitate and Wealthbox occurs twice each day: once in the morning and once in the evening, eliminating any need for advisors to manually import CRM data into Levitate.
Levitate is then able to push emails, notes, phone calls and text messages back into Wealthbox. Levitate will not overwrite any client contact data in Wealthbox, ensuring that Wealthbox remains the source of truth for client contact information.
