Overview
Lightspeed Voice is a cloud-based VoIP telephone provider that combines a fully featured communications platform with automated sales performance tools to help connect advisors with new and prospective clients. The integration with Wealthbox allows contact records to automatically pull up when a client calls in, without having to search for it. Then, a note gets added to that contact record with a timestamp of when the call occurred, and a link to the recording for replay.
When answering a call from a Contact setup in Wealthbox, their page will automatically open in your browser. Once the call is complete, there will be a new note on this Contact with information including who answered, the duration of the call, and a link to the call recording.
Lightspeed Voice has a quick setup for integrating with Wealthbox. 1. Input your token on the integration setup page. 2. Choose which users you want to activate the automated features for. 3. Choose which triggers you want enabled for this integration.
