Today, we’re excited to announce that Wealthbox and Altruist have enhanced our integration, which now allows advisors to see Altruist financial account information in Wealthbox.
Advisors are able to see Altruist account details, account balances and positions directly on a Wealthbox contact record. Having a client’s account details and holding information displayed within Wealthbox helps provide a more comprehensive view of what is happening with a particular client. This new feature enhances the current integration, which already lets advisors open Altruist new accounts utilizing Wealthbox contact data. The improved integration between Wealthbox and Altruist will save advisors time and help firms serve their clients more efficiently.
How it works
After an advisor enables the Altruist integration, Wealthbox will receive client account details from Altruist, which will match to Wealthbox clients based on the name of the client. Wealthbox’s auto-match feature saves advisors time by eliminating the manual linking of clients between systems.
On the Altruist tab, all matching Altruist accounts are listed as well as the account market values.
Advisors are able to view more details for an account to see position details showing the securities that their client owns.
