The Role

Wealthbox is seeking an Account Manager (AM) to join our growing team. As a Wealthbox AM, you will own a book of SMB and mid-market customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact post-sale, driving adoption, renewals, and expansion, while coordinating with internal teams to help customers get lasting value from Wealthbox.

  • Coordinate with Support, Product, and Marketing to help customers get up and running successfully
  • Monitor account health, usage, and adoption; use established playbooks to increase engagement and reduce time-to-value
  • Manage renewal process and execution; track retention, flag at-risk accounts, and work toward net retention targets
  • Identify and close expansion opportunities (upgrades and add-on products) in partnership with Sales
  • Gather and relay customer feedback internally to help inform product, integrations, and support improvements
  • Represent Wealthbox at webinars and events as needed; share best practices and customer outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation of activities, forecasts, and account plans in CRM; report on KPIs to leadership

What You Bring

  • Experience managing customer accounts in SaaS; FinTech/WealthTech or financial-services experience a plus
  • Track record of hitting renewal and expansion targets at SMB-to-Mid-Market scale
  • Comfortable building relationships across a range of stakeholders, including operations and day-to-day users
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across email, phone, and video
  • Proficiency with CRM technology and analytics to manage relationships, adoption, and forecasting
  • Helpful, consultative mindset with the ability to translate the features and value of Wealthbox into business outcomes
  • Responsible, ethical, and customer-obsessed; collaborative teammate who raises the bar

Work Schedule

  • Full-time, weekdays during business hours (fully remote)
  • Occasional travel for industry conferences and company offsite events

Benefits

  • Competitive salary
  • Comprehensive health plan
  • 401k plan
  • Paid time off
