The Role

Wealthbox is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer. You’ll be the technical partner on our largest, most complex evaluations — the deals with the most users, the most stakeholders, and the highest stakes, where the strength of the technical evaluation often decides the outcome.

 

We’re looking for someone with real tenure in solutions engineering: you know what value-led, consultative selling looks like, and you understand the core milestones of an enterprise CRM or SaaS evaluation. That means you can step in on day one and add value on sales strategy and deal progression while you come up to speed on our industry. This is also a rare chance to join an early-stage SE function and a small team you can genuinely help shape, one where you’ll have a real voice as it grows and you partner closely with teams across a rapidly growing company.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery and design solutions that map to a firm’s real business problems and accelerate complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Own the technical win on enterprise evaluations: reverse demos, solution architecture, RFP/RFI responses, and integration deep dives.
  • Deliver tailored, executive-level demonstrations that show the value of Wealthbox for a firm’s specific use cases.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to buying committees (CEO, COO, CTO, Advisor Experience, and similar) throughout the sales cycle.
  • Surface product growth opportunities and new use cases from the field, partnering with Product to help shape how we win enterprise.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Onboarding, and Marketing — relaying field insights to Product and setting up clean handoffs into onboarding on complex deals.

 

What You Bring

  • 4–5+ years in solutions / sales engineering or technical pre-sales, preferably in SaaS, with experience running large, competitive evaluations independently.
  • Strong command of technical and business-impact discovery, with the ability to translate findings into clear business value.
  • Fluency in solution mapping — matching a firm’s requirements to the right capabilities and articulating ROI against alternatives.
  • Excellent demo, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills with technical and executive audiences.
  • Skilled with Claude — you use it fluently to accelerate research, discovery prep, and solution design on complex evaluations.
  • Experience working with WealthTech or financial advisor software is a plus.

Work Schedule

  • Weekdays, during business hours (fully remote)
