The Role

We’re seeking a Enterprise Education Specialist to help our customers get the most out of Wealthbox through thoughtful onboarding, engaging education sessions, and high-quality webinar support. You’ll play a central role in ensuring new and existing customers are set up for success from day one.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead onboarding and implementation for new Wealthbox customers, guiding them through the platform while conducting discovery sessions to understand their current processes and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Translate client workflows into more efficient processes within Wealthbox by configuring and customizing the platform, including building templates, workflows, and custom fields tailored to their needs.
  • Design and deliver live and recorded education sessions tailored to different customer needs, roles, and experience levels.
  • Assist in the planning, preparation, and execution of customer-facing webinars, including content development and live facilitation.
  • Develop and maintain educational resources such as guides, how-to documentation, and video walkthroughs.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to keep educational content accurate, current, and aligned with product updates.
  • Track customer engagement and learning outcomes to continuously improve the education program.

 

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing training, education, or onboarding role, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain software concepts clearly and engagingly to users of all technical backgrounds.
  • Comfortable facilitating both one-on-one onboarding sessions and larger group webinars.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple sessions, projects, and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or financial services technology is a plus.
  • AI-forward mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance customer education, content development, and workflow efficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for helping customers succeed.

 

Work Schedule

  • Weekdays, during business hours. (PST/PDT)
  • No travel required. (Fully remote)
