
Wealthbox is excited to announce the launch of our AI Notetaker, a powerful new tool designed to bring AI-driven meeting intelligence directly into the CRM experience. Currently in beta use among customers of all sizes, the Wealthbox AI Notetaker add-on and its pricing details will become available to everyone in the coming weeks.
The Wealthbox AI Notetaker is part of a new CRM component – called “Meetings” – which will soon be seen in the left-side navigation menu of Wealthbox. The Meetings feature is free and will help advisor firms prepare more efficiently and run more productive meetings with ease.

This reimagined Meetings experience, with its elegant fusion of CRM features, provides a centralized workspace where advisors can prepare, collaborate, and follow up on client meetings all within Wealthbox.

The AI Notetaker, as an add-on product to the new “Meetings” feature, enhances client interactions by automating many of the time-consuming tasks associated with meeting prep and follow-up. Whether the meeting takes place in person, over the phone, or via Zoom or Microsoft Teams, the AI Notetaker works behind the scenes seamlessly to support your workflow without disrupting your conversation. Adding the Wealthbox Notetaker to the new Meetings feature is instant.
By capturing detailed, highly accurate notes in real time, the AI Notetaker allows advisors to stay fully present and focused on the client, rather than on typing or scribbling notes. This leads to more meaningful conversations, better listening, and a stronger client experience.
Collaborators
Collaborators make it easy to share meeting details with the right people, whether they’re attending the meeting or not. Invitees are added as collaborators, but you can also share the meeting with others, like an assistant or colleague, to give them access. This ensures everyone who needs visibility into the meeting can stay informed and contribute as needed.

Notepad
Collaborate with ease before, during, and after your meetings using the shared notepad. This collaborative space lets you and other meeting participants create agendas, take notes, and capture key information all in one place. Whether you’re preparing for a client conversation or documenting important follow-ups, the notepad helps keep everyone aligned and informed.

Meeting Prep
Walk into every meeting prepared with an AI-generated summary of recent client activity. The Prep tab of Wealthbox Meetings scans the past 12 months of Wealthbox activity to generate a tailored outline for each contact. Whether you’re meeting with a long-time client or a new prospect, Meeting Prep helps you quickly get up to speed—no digging, no guesswork.
Automatic Meeting Transcription
Audio from meetings is transcribed, giving teams a complete, searchable record of the discussion. This eliminates the need for manual note-taking and allows advisors to stay focused on the conversation.

Discussion Highlights
Advisors can use the Highlight feature, with retroactive recording capability, to capture key moments during a meeting, such as action items, client questions, or areas of interest. These highlights are then saved in the summary, making it easy to revisit important parts of the conversation and follow up with clarity.

Meeting Details, All in One Place
Meeting notes, summaries, tasks, and workflows are all automatically linked through the meeting itself, keeping everything organized in one place. Invited contacts are also now automatically connected to the meeting, helping advisors avoid manual work and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

AI-Generated Summaries and Follow-Up Emails
After each meeting, Wealthbox provides an AI-generated summary that highlights key takeaways, making it easy to review what was discussed.

A separate AI-drafted follow-up email is also generated, helping you respond quickly and professionally without starting from scratch.

Context-Aware Follow-Up Suggestions
AI Notetaker automatically generates “Ideas” based on the conversation, like potential next steps or tasks to consider. Advisors can easily review these suggestions and convert them into actionable tasks to keep momentum going after each meeting.
