Last summer, Docupace partnered with Wealthbox to streamline the account opening process and improve back-office workflows. Today, we’re announcing an upgrade to the integration that allows users to send contact information to a new destination: the Client Folder in Docupace.
Available now, the enhancement in Wealthbox allows advisors to create new clients in Docupace without the need to fill out a form. 🎉 This new capability makes it easy to create clients in Docupace for prospects (who may not have the information required to begin filling out forms) and update their information as they go. Form follows function, or really, one less form to fill out is the function!
How it works
Docupace users who enable the integration in Wealthbox can “Send To” Docupace from the Contact Record page in Wealthbox. This will kick off new form-filling processes or create a new client folder in Docupace.
After selecting Docupace in the “Send To” dropdown, users will see a pop-up to review the information and choose the destination. Choose Client Folder, which will create or update a client folder, or Starting Point, which will begin the account opening process.
After choosing the “Client Folder” destination, the contact information in Wealthbox will pre-fill a new client folder in Docupace, eliminating the need to manually fill out a new form.
Built to fit your workflow
By default, the integration will send to the “Starting Point” destination in Docupace, which is useful for pre-filling forms and opening accounts. To start with “Client Folder” instead, simply visit the Docupace integration page in Wealthbox settings to change the detail setting.
This update to the Docupace + Wealthbox integration is just another way Wealthbox continues to deepen CRM integrations and simplify day-to-day activities for advisors.
