New in Wealthbox: Omniview Reporting

Wealthbox is excited to introduce Omniview Reporting, a new feature designed to enhance firm-wide transparency, oversight, and efficiency. Available on Premier and Enterprise plans, Omniview allows authorized users to run reports that bypass standard visibility settings, offering a complete, organization-wide view of CRM data, all within Wealthbox.

A New Level of Visibility

In most advisory firms, visibility settings help ensure data privacy and control by restricting who can view specific contacts, tasks, or opportunities. While this is essential for day-to-day operations, there are times when supervisors, compliance officers, or finance teams need to see everything, without logging into multiple accounts or exporting data manually.

That’s where Omniview comes in.

Omniview Reporting enables approved users to run reports that include all data in the workspace, regardless of record ownership or visibility. This powerful new capability makes it easy for firm leaders to monitor activity, review compliance requirements, and analyze performance across the entire organization.

How It Works

When running a report, users with the proper permission will now see the option to “Run in Omniview Mode.” Selecting this mode allows the report to temporarily bypass standard visibility settings, showing a complete view of results across the firm.

For example:

  • A supervisor can use Omniview Mode to review all client records created across the organization.
  • A compliance officer can verify that documentation and communications are up to standard, without accessing individual accounts.
  • A finance team member can aggregate firm-wide data on revenue opportunities, saving hours of manual consolidation.

Omniview Reporting is read-only, meaning users cannot click into or edit any records from the results, ensuring security and data integrity are maintained.

Permissions and Access

Omniview Reporting is available exclusively to Premier and Enterprise plan users. The permission is automatically granted to Account Owners and Organization Admins, and can be extended to other users within the workspace as needed.
