Recording uses native iOS capabilities, allowing it to continue uninterrupted even if users switch apps, move Wealthbox to the background, or lock their screen. Active recordings remain accessible through the dynamic island, so users can easily return to them at any time.
Once complete, recordings are automatically attached to the appropriate meeting or contact and processed by the AI Notetaker. Each conversation is transformed into a timestamped transcript, along with a clear summary, suggested tasks, and a follow-up draft. Everything is captured and organized without additional steps.
For advisory teams, this means meetings can be recorded without concern about interruptions, conversations can be captured wherever they happen, and recordings are automatically turned into structured outputs that move work forward.
2. Smart Template Selection
Meeting documentation should not require extra decisions or manual setup. With smart template selection, Wealthbox now selects or suggests the most relevant templates based on meeting details such as attendees, context, and discussion content.

A simple mobile flow allows users to select a workspace, create a new meeting or attach the recording to an existing one, and set basic meeting details in just a few taps. From there, Wealthbox takes over.
Once shared, the recording is automatically transcribed and processed by the AI Notetaker. Each conversation is turned into a clear summary, a ready-to-send follow-up email, and suggested next steps, helping advisors move forward quickly.
This removes the need for manual uploads or extra steps, shortens the time between conversation and follow-up, and creates a seamless connection between mobile activity and Wealthbox.
