GReminders integrates directly with Wealthbox and syncs bi-directionally with Google and Microsoft calendars, resulting in increased productivity while greatly reducing costly no-shows.

How It Works
Once Wealthbox is activated within the GReminders dashboard, advisors can begin to set up highly-customizable scheduling and meeting reminder templates. These templates will be automatically sent via email and/or SMS messaging when clients meet certain predefined criteria.
Each GReminders appointment reminder is logged as a note within Wealthbox and posted to the client record that is attached to the appointment. This is a great way to keep track of the messages that have been sent by GReminders.
The integration with GReminders can also be used to automate the scheduling of upcoming appointments. Advisors can share a link to their GReminders booking calendar, and clients choose a time that works for them. Prospective clients can also schedule an initial meeting with the first available advisor using round robin scheduling. When new clients schedule appointments with you using GReminders automated scheduling, their contact information is added instantly to Wealthbox CRM.
