With the integration between Signal Advisors and Wealthbox, advisors can seamlessly pull contact data from Wealthbox directly into the Signal platform. This eliminates manual data entry and ensures that client information is readily available when advisors begin planning, submitting orders, or managing cases within Signal’s workflow.

How it works
The integration between Signal Advisors and Wealthbox allows advisors to easily move client information from their CRM into the Signal platform, streamlining the planning and order-entry process.

Once an advisor authorizes the integration, they can immediately begin importing contact records from Wealthbox into the Signal platform. Instead of manually re-entering client information, advisors simply select the appropriate contact in Wealthbox and pull that data directly into Signal when beginning a new planning scenario or submitting an order.

When contacts are imported, their information automatically maps to the appropriate fields within Signal’s applications. This ensures that key details are populated correctly in the platform’s planning tools and order-entry workflows. By automatically mapping this information, the integration helps maintain data consistency across both systems while minimizing manual entry and the potential for errors.
Advisors can use this process at every stage of the workflow within the Signal platform.
