Wealthbox is excited to announce an integration with Invent, a data management platform designed to bring together advisor technology in one unified experience. With the Invent integration, advisors can connect Wealthbox to their firm’s broader tech stack, merging client, prospect, notes, and tasks data from Wealthbox with custodian feeds, financial planning goals, and performance reports. The result is a consistent, up-to-date view across systems that reduces manual updates, allowing advisors to focus more time on clients.

Oleg Tishkevich, CEO, Invent
“At Invent, we believe the future of wealth management lies in seamless connectivity,” said Oleg Tishkevich, CEO of Invent. “That’s why Wealthbox Notes and Tasks microApps deliver bi-directional workflows, with all data integration unified through your firm’s Invent Data Lakehouse.”
“We’re thrilled to partner with Invent to give advisors a true single source of truth for their client data,” said Charlie Fargo, Head of Partnerships at Wealthbox. “By unifying Wealthbox with the broader advisor tech stack, firms can streamline workflows and unlock growth through better data.”

How it works
The Invent integration brings Wealthbox data into a centralized view alongside other advisor tools, helping firms maintain accuracy and efficiency across their systems. Advisors can see Wealthbox Notes and Tasks within Invent, manage them bi-directionally, and have changes sync instantly back to Wealthbox.

Client, prospect, planning, and performance data are standardized and connected across systems, so advisors can work confidently with consistent information wherever they are. This unified data flow eliminates duplicate entry, improves data quality, and allows advisors to spend less time managing software and more time serving clients.
