Wealthbox Enterprise was selected for its ability to unify client data, streamline internal processes, and support the firm’s existing technology ecosystem. In particular, The Joseph Group saw value in Wealthbox’s workflow actions, which enable teams to automate key activities such as logging calls and emails, updating client records, and sending data directly to custodians like Schwab and Fidelity for digital account opening.
The firm was also drawn to the native AI Notetaker built directly into Wealthbox. By eliminating the need for a separate application or browser tab, advisors can capture meeting notes, generate summaries, and create follow-up tasks within the same system where they manage client relationships. This integrated experience supports stronger adoption across the team while reducing friction during and after client conversations.
