Today we’re happy to announce we’re working with LPL Financial to integrate Wealthbox CRM with LPL ClientWorks!
With thousands of LPL advisors already using Wealthbox, we know how important ClientWorks is as a central repository for client account information. Our technology teams have been hard at work to connect ClientWorks with Wealthbox to streamline the advisor experience.
The integration between ClientWorks and Wealthbox will be released in two phases.
The first phase, planned for release in early Q4, will include a one-way data integration and provide ClientWorks account data and contact demographic information visible in Wealthbox. This release will also include two-way, single sign-on between Wealthbox and ClientWorks. It is currently being tested in a pilot program with mutual customers of Wealthbox and LPL.
The second phase, planned for release in early 2024, will include a bi-directional sync of contact demographic information between ClientWorks and Wealthbox. This will allow advisors near-real-time synchronization of contacts between Wealthbox and ClientWorks, eliminating duplicative data entry. We plan to open up the pilot for bi-directional contact sync later this year.

Along with the integration, we are putting functionality in place for LPL advisors to be eComm compliant (LPL’s internal compliance reporting system) when using Wealthbox. Wealthbox can deliver reports to LPL for ongoing advisor compliance so users will be able to fulfill LPL’s compliance requirement.
