Through a new VoIP integration between Wealthbox CRM and Simplii, advisory firms can see a call pop box showing their clients name, the financial advisor working with that client, and a link to their Wealthbox contact record. Users can log all their phone calls and text messages inside the contact in Wealthbox. Any phone number inside Wealthbox and across the web are click to call enabled, quickly call clients with the click of the mouse. Other features include: call recordings, auto-attendant, on-hold music, call queues, after hours call routing, mobile app, and more.
